Je propose mon expertise pour \u00e9tudier un probl\u00e8me, faire un \u00e9tat des lieux et proposer des solutions. Dans certains cas, l’expertise est suivie d’un d\u00e9veloppement de la solution envisag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Current graphics cards are all optimized for displaying meshes. However, it is possible to describe 3D objects in different ways. When these objects are not defined in the form of a mesh, their description must be interpreted in order to transform them into usable data for rendering. CAD objects are often represented by a set of parametric surfaces (based on mathematical formulas). This representation is called B-Rep (Boundary Representation).<\/h5><\/blockquote>

Une API m’a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 disposition. L’API permettait de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer une sc\u00e8ne CAO avec un formalisme B-rep. Une fois les bases pos\u00e9es pour le d\u00e9veloppement avec cette API (installation, mise en place de l’environnement de d\u00e9veloppement, gestion des d\u00e9pendances, …),\u00a0 il a fallu identifier les outils disponibles pour exploiter les donn\u00e9es fournies. Le r\u00e9sultat des recherches a permis d’identifier OpenCascade comme \u00e9tant l’API la plus \u00e0 m\u00eame de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du client. La mission d’expertise s’est ensuite transform\u00e9e en mission de d\u00e9veloppement pour r\u00e9aliser la conversion des surfaces B-rep en maillages.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

B-Rep\/meshes conversion

Le format B-rep fourni avait un formalisme sp\u00e9cifique, il a donc fallu l’adapter pour utiliser OpenCascade, la librairie Open-source la plus adapt\u00e9e au traitement de ce type de fichiers. Une fois la conversion en donn\u00e9es exploitables par OpenCascade une interface a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour permettre de trianguler les objets \u00e0 la demande en donnant la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gler la qualit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue en jouant sur plusieurs param\u00e8tres.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
