You can find the HTC Vive Pro Eye SDK on HTC developer portal : SRanipal-SDK . You will have to sign in if not already done.

It will enable you to get both gazes when using HTC Vive Pro Eye HMD but I did not see video feedback to display the real movements of the eyes on computer screen. Looking at the functionalities described by HTC it seems not to be forecasted.
